![]() There would also be a policy that you need to be really experienced in JSON coding for creating extensions. You would also be able to update your extensions, but that would also have to be viewed. If the ST finds it a good extension, they will add it to the user-made extensions list but otherwise, they'll send a message saying that the extension was rejected. So if you make your custom extension, you'll have to write a summary about it and give it a title and it will be sent to the ST. ![]() Just think someone makes something like cloud lists and ruins the server? Or maybe hacks a user? I've actually made a name for this - “Extension Abuse”. The main use of these extensions is to cover for the loss of ScratchX because Flash Player will shut down on December 2020 and ScratchX is then gone since it runs on Flash (thanks to for this paragraph!). But since this is complicated and many Scratchers won't understand how user-made extensions work, it will be optional in “Account Settings” and will not work for New Scratchers just like cloud variables. To make everything better, how would be if you programmed your own Scratch extensions using JSON? As you scroll through the “Extensions” tab, you will find a “See User-Made Extensions” next to the last extension which you can click on to see those extensions. But remember to never share userscripts or Chrome extensions - it's not allowed on Scratch. ![]() Just simple, no extra touches to it - you can't add Tampermonkey scripts to applications so that's a blunder. I mistook myself.* Enough chit-chat, what is your suggestion about? So currently, you can code like always in the Offline Editor. *Actually, every time I say “JSON” in this post, consider it is also JavaScript. In other words, I'm a person that challenges myself and likes to help others. But anyway, for a concise introduction, I'm a dude that's designing an SPL and loves helping on the “Suggestions” forum. Hello everyone! My name is Nambaseking01 but many call me Nammy but I think it's a mega tradition now that I have to mention in each of my suggestions that people make up weird and random names for me (Nam…ugh) so you can call me anything except something that's inappropriate for Scratch.
